Cancellation Policy

At Artboxmr, we get it—plans shift and styles evolve. If you need to cancel, here’s how to stay in control of your order.

What you need to know

  • You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation.
  • Once your order enters processing, we can’t guarantee cancellation.
  • Email [email protected] with your order number to request a cancellation.
  • Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days; your bank may take 5-10 business days to post.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before paying; incorrect addresses can prevent cancellation once processing begins.

Your cancellation window

You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. The clock starts the moment your order is submitted. Requests received within this window have the best chance of being approved.

After processing begins

Orders move to processing quickly (handling time: 1-2 business days). After processing starts, we can’t guarantee cancellation. If the order has already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. You may consider a return after delivery according to our return guidelines.

How to request a cancellation

  1. Open your order confirmation email and note your order number.
  2. Email [email protected] with the subject line: “Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  3. Include your full name and reason for cancellation in the email body.
  4. We’ll reply to confirm whether we were able to cancel before processing or shipment.

Refunds for approved cancellations

If your cancellation is approved before shipment, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. We process refunds within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Check your shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. If an address error leads to delays or immediate processing, we may be unable to cancel the order.
