Our commitment to intellectual property

Artboxmr respects the rights of creators and owners. We review and respond to notices that meet the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

Filing a notice (DMCA takedown)

If you believe your copyrighted work is being used on artboxmr.com without authorization, your written notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works on a single site are covered, provide a representative list.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, including the specific URL(s) on artboxmr.com.
4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed or disabled due to a notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification. It must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location of the material before it was removed (the specific URL).
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside the United States, to any judicial district in which Artboxmr may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

When we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. We may restore the material unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat infringer policy

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others. We also reserve the right to remove any content allegedly infringing at any time.
