Orders

How do I place an order and what happens after checkout?

Choose your style and size, add to cart, and check out in USD using PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex. You’ll get an order confirmation email right away. We’ll process your order within 1-2 business days, then ship and send you a tracking email. Need a change before it ships? Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best, but once shipped, changes aren’t possible.

The standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order. Handling time is 1-2 business days. After your order ships, transit time is 2-5 business days.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear. Use that number to follow your package’s progress.

Returns

What is your return window and what’s required for a return?

You can request a return within 30 days from delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Include your order number or packing slip in the package. There’s no restocking fee. Original shipping is refunded only if we’re at fault (for example, wrong or defective item). Email us to start the process and we’ll share next steps.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund in 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your statement.
