Returns Policy

Welcome to Artboxmr. We want every piece to feel like a little transformation. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and exchanges work—simple, clear, and designed to get you back to feeling your best.

What you need to know

  • Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging where possible.
  • Eligible reasons include defective, damaged, wrong item or size shipped, or item significantly different from description.
  • Clear, well-lit photos are required for all requests.
  • Return shipping: we cover it when it’s our error; you cover it for change of mind or fit preference.
  • No restocking fees.
  • Original shipping is refunded only when we’re at fault.
  • We aim to reply to your request within 1–2 business days.

Your return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

After 30 days, we’re unable to accept returns.

Eligible reasons

  • Defective or damaged on arrival
  • Wrong item or wrong size shipped
  • Significantly different from the product description or photos

For fit, color, or style preference changes, you may still return if the item meets our condition requirements below.

Item condition requirements

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn (try-on ok)
  • All original tags attached
  • Original packaging where possible
  • No stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear/alteration

Photos and proof we need

  • Clear, well-lit photos of the issue (e.g., defect, damage)
  • A photo of the size tag
  • Full front and back photos of the item

Including your order number in the email helps us move fast.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.
  2. Tell us your reason (defective/damaged, wrong item/size shipped, different from description, or change of mind/fit).
  3. Attach the required photos listed above.
  4. Share your preferred resolution: refund, exchange, or replacement.
  5. Wait for our reply with approval and next steps. We respond within 1–2 business days.

For approved returns due to our error, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind returns, please use a trackable carrier of your choice and share the tracking number once shipped.

Items we can’t accept

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing original tags
  • Items with stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery
  • Minor cosmetic or color variations due to lighting/monitor differences

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Request an exchange in your email. If the item is in stock and your return is approved, we’ll reserve it and ship after we receive and inspect the original item. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

Approvals, timing, and refunds

  • Approval email with instructions sent within 1–2 business days of your request.
  • Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method in USD.
  • Your bank or provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

No restocking fees apply. Taxes are refunded where applicable. Original shipping is refunded only when Artboxmr is at fault as described above.
