Order processing

We start processing once your payment is authorized. Processing occurs on business days only. Weekends and holidays don’t count toward handling or transit timelines.

Tracking information

Split shipments

To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking emails for each package.

Destination availability

We ship to addresses serviced by our delivery partners. If we’re unable to service the address provided, we’ll contact you to update the address. If no suitable option is available, we’ll cancel and refund the order before shipment.

Address accuracy

Please enter a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or non‑delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses submitted at purchase.

Delays outside our control

Weather events, customs inspections, and carrier disruptions can extend delivery times. We’ll keep an eye on your order and support you if delays occur.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives with damage, email us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date or expected delivery window. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item (if damaged). We’ll investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
